So ever since my blood testing last week, I bought myself some PH strips and have been monitoring my PH. They say optimal range is between 6.5 and 8 or so. Since Monday I have been pretty good. Well Tuesday maybe after the crap left my body. You can see on the chart the types of food and what they give on the scale. I found it interesting that last night I had some mango slices and a builder bar and a glass of juice, my PH was pretty low before bed, and this morning. It was probably around a 5. Probably the sugar I think.With a healthy breakfast, it was back to 6.5 at lunch. Makes me think about medications I take too. Maybe some of them are. I know the sites often talk about accutane and how acidic it is. But sometimes you need that medication, you know?
OH and I’m back on the “reduce/eliminate diet coke” plan again. Been doing so-so. I have only had 2 cans this week so far. How about you? One of these days I will get it through my thick skull!
